We’re proud to share that Metools Inc has joined the Harvard Innovation Labs this Fall. For us, this isn’t just an announcement — it’s a milestone. Building Metools has always been about solving real problems, and joining the i-lab gives us the chance to learn, test, and grow in a community of people who are also working hard to turn ideas into impact.
We’re deeply grateful to everyone who has supported our journey so far. This step is only possible because of the encouragement and belief from mentors, friends, and partners.

Where you are born should not decide the care you receive
Rural Mongolia has nearly three times fewer doctors per person than its capital, Ulaanbaatar — and in some remote communities, fewer than ten healthcare professionals serve entire populations scattered across vast terrain. Half the world's rural population remains excluded from essential health services, yet only 23% of the global health workforce is deployed outside cities. In Mongolia, that gap is not just a statistic. It is a doctor carrying 200 patient files by horseback to follow up on five high-risk patients.
MeTools fixes the system. Our offline-first medical ERP gives any clinic — however remote — the same digital infrastructure as a city hospital. No developers. No IT budget. Deployed in 3–4 weeks. And because cost should never be the barrier, every public hospital pays nothing.
Starting in Mongolia. Reaching the World
Our work began in Mongolia, where a rural doctor once carried 200 patient files by horseback to follow up on five high-risk patients. That moment — and the preventable deaths that preceded it — is why MeTools exists.
We are now expanding across Central Asia: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan. Our long-term vision is a world where every clinic, however remote, runs on reliable digital infrastructure and delivers the same standard of care as a city hospital.
